OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language) is an XML standard to store blog feeds.  An OPML file is an XML text file which conforms to the OPML standard.

For your convenience, you can download an OPML file (which I created with Google Reader) which has most of the recommended data mining blogs.  I have excluded blogs which are not in English (even though I provide links to those blogs, and encourage new recommendations).  The OPML file includes the blog URL, and my blog categorization scheme too.
